Music Lessons in Nanaimo –
Piano, Saxophone & Flute for All Ages
Instrumental Lessons
PIANO, SAXOPHONE, AND FLUTE FOR ALL AGES
Kenton offers instrumental lessons for piano, saxophone, and flute students in Nanaimo, BC. In order to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded music education, all students are encouraged to sing, play some piano, and to engage in rhythmic or solfège-based exercises. Developing these skills means developing overall musicianship. Much of Kenton’s approach is based on Berklee College of Music curriculum and training.
Music Theory Tutoring
LEARN BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC’S CONTEMPORARY THEORY
For students who are keen on becoming professional musicians, Kenton recommends that students learn to harness the power and magic of music theory. Understanding the current trends of music theory, and the actual lingo that musicians use on the bandstand, is essential to becoming a professional musician in today’s music industry.
Ensemble Workshops
